Once you choose a contractor, sign the contract electronically. Your contractor must reach out to you within 48 hours. After signing, you'll pick your shingle or metal color — using the manufacturer's visualizer tool to see it on your actual house.
After your contractor starts, we check in at every milestone — scheduling, installation day, and completion. If anything goes wrong, one tap brings us back in to help. We only ask for a review if you're happy with the work.
