Here's what that means for you:
- OtterQuote handles the switch entirely. You don't make any calls, send any emails, or do anything.
- Your platform fee is refunded in full. You're not out a dollar.
- The homeowner selects another contractor in the network.
You'll lose a project here and there. You'll also pick up projects from homeowners who switched away from someone else. That's the deal. A platform where homeowners feel protected is a platform that keeps growing — and more homeowners on OtterQuote means more projects for every contractor in the network.
