Commissions are paid when the job completes — not when your client signs a contract. A job "completes" when the contractor finishes the work and the final payment clears. Payment is sent to you within 30 days of job completion. If someone you recruited to OtterQuote sends a referral that completes, you also earn a $50 recruit bonus — paid on the same schedule.

Any exterior repair or replacement job over $10,000 that completes through OtterQuote — roofing, siding, gutters, windows. Insurance claims and out-of-pocket (retail) jobs both qualify. Jobs under $10,000 don't earn a cash commission, but we still handle your client professionally.
